Tiramisu Parfaits
Ingredients

  • 2 cups half and half 1 pkg. Two Sisters Gourmet Creme Brulee Mix 1/4 cup sugar 2 TBS instant coffee granules 1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed, softened chocolate shavings whipped cream

Directions

Combine half and half, caramelizing sugar (from mix), sugar, and coffee in medium saucepan. Bring to boil over med. heat. Whisk in contents of creme brulee packet, bring to boil over heat whisking constantly until all lumps are gone.
Remove from heat. Whisk in cream cheese until smooth. Pour into serving glasses. Refrigerate 15-20 minutes till set. To serve, top w/ chocolate shavings and whip cream.
