Kim's Pampered Kitchen Pancakes (Tip)

This is a great tip!

Heat oven to about 350, make a family-sized batch of Bisquick pancake batter (or whatever batter you use), spray/lightly coat the baker with oil if you need to & then pour in the batter & bake until done! 

Add fruit if you want - banana, berries, apples (just cut the apples small, the liquid in them can make the inside of the pancake mushy) You can even let kids cut the pancakes with cookie cutters for more fun & everyone can eat nice hot pancakes at the same time (no flipping!)  

Also, the bar pan is great for doing bacon at the same time, just put about 1lb of bacon in the bar pan & let it cook in the oven.  I just did this & it was great!  I had the oven up to about 400 degrees. Just keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't splatter.
