- 3 or 4 slices of cooked bacon
3 large eggs 1 c. milk 1/2 to 3/4 c. cheddar cheese 1 (12 ounce) pkg. frozen hash browns

Directions
Line a baking pan with the Tupperware (tm) Silicone Non-Stick Baking Mat. Put hashbrowns in pan, add together milk, beaten eggs and cheese; pour over hash browns. Sprinkle bacon and remaining cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
You can double this recipe to serve more people.
